Sanlien Calibration Laboratory

Sanlian Instrument Inspection and Calibration Center is a TAF-certified inspection center. The Calibration Center provides reliable and timely services. Aligned with the progression of conformity assessment according to the World Trade Organization (WTO) and the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC), the Taiwan Accreditation Foundation (TAF) was established on September 17, 2003. This creation was facilitated by the Ministry of Economic Affairs, which integrated domestic accreditation resources and merged the Chinese National Laboratory Accreditation (CNLA) and the Chinese National Accreditation Board (CNAB). The funding for TAF was contributed by the Ministry of Economic Affairs, national enterprises, as well as public and private entities.

In the year 2016, Sanlien Technology pursued laboratory consolidation, culminating in the successful acquisition of accreditation from the Taiwan Accreditation Foundation(TAF). This achievement bestowed upon us the esteemed designation of the accredited Calibration Laboratory, recognized as Laboratory Number 2749. Significantly, our Calibration Laboratory holds the distinction of being the inaugural facility in the nation to garner TAF certification, specifically tailored for the precise calibration of load cells exceeding 200T. Sanlien Technology specializes in the delivery of meticulous calibration services spanning load cells ranging from 100T to 1000T, meticulously safeguarding the precision and reliability of your testing instruments.
Our calibration services adhere rigorously to comprehensive standards, meticulously traceable to the benchmarks set forth by the national metrology laboratory. Leveragingstate-of-the-art equipment and a cadre of seasoned technicians, we deploy a static method measurement system and a superimposed standard machine to deliver impartial, objective, and credible inspection reports and services. Bolstered by TAF certification and supported by computerized operations, we assure both the efficiency and precision of the calibration process. Post-calibration, Sanlien Technology expeditiously furnishes clients with exhaustive calibration reports, affording a comprehensive understanding of the performance characteristics of their instruments.

Utilizing both superimposed force standard machines and build-up force standard machines, along with professional technicians, we provide the most reliable and objective reports and services.

In the year 2016, we submitted an application for the consolidation of laboratories, successfully securing recognition from TAF and officially establishing ourselves as the Great Force Calibration Laboratory (Laboratory No. 2749). Distinguished as the first in the nation to achieve TAF certification for the calibration of great force with a load capacity exceeding 200T, Sanlien Technology is dedicated to providing calibration services for machines ranging from 100T to 1000T, thereby assuring the precision and dependability of your testing instruments.
Our calibration services strictly adhere to national laboratory standards, employing a comprehensive measurement system utilizing static methods and superimposed standard machines. Equipped with cutting-edge technology and overseen by skilled professionals, we deliver impartial, objective, and trustworthy inspection reports and services. Our Length Calibration Laboratory stands as the sole nationally accredited facility specializing in angular calibration. Additionally, we hold the esteemed position of an authorized agent for a range of associated testing instruments. Our overarching mission is centered on the delivery of elevated calibration services, meticulously ensuring the precision of testing instruments. Within our state-of-the-art facility, we employ precision graduated discs and vertical/horizontal vibration platforms for the calibration of diverse measurement instruments prevalent in the industry. This encompasses inclinometers, tilt meters, low-frequency accelerometers, and seismometers. Through this advanced calibration process, we ascertain the accuracy of these instruments, aligning them with the varied requirements of diverse applications. The establishment of our laboratory serves as a cornerstone in shaping reference standards for engineering measurements in Taiwan. This commitment ensures that the testing instruments of our clientele operate under optimal conditions, meeting the stringent demands of various professional testing fields. Notably, our KA3012 Inclinometer and KA3013 Inclinometer boast an extensive operational range from -30° to +30°, presenting a comprehensive solution for precise tilt measurement.

Vibration Calibration Laboratory

On the 3rd of May, 2012, the third TAF laboratory of Sanlien Technology, designated as Lab No. 2598 and specializing in vibration experiments, was officially inaugurated. We proudly stand as the sole laboratory in the nation bestowed with certification through seismometer calibration, underscoring our distinguished capabilities within the realm of vibration testing.
Within our vibration calibration laboratory, we extend highly efficient and precise calibration services to our esteemed clientele. Employing a meticulous comparative methodology, we affix standard and to-be-calibrated specimens in a secure, back-to-back arrangement on a dedicated fixture. Subsequently, this assembly is positioned on a vibration platform, facilitating the calibration process for the to-be-calibrated specimen. This procedural rigor ensures the utmost precision and reliability of our testing instruments.
Beyond our commitment to providing exceptional vibration calibration services, we are actively engaged in the manufacturing and distribution of testing instruments. Additionally, we offer periodic calibration services for these instruments, contributing significantly to the perpetual optimal functionality of our clients’ testing equipment.
