Sanlien Technology Corp. Acquires 100% Equity Interest in Sara Electronic Instruments S.r.l.

Taipei, July 20, 2026 – Sanlien Technology Corp. (Stock Code: 5493; hereinafter “Sanlien”) today announced that, pursuant to a resolution of its Board of Directors, it has completed the acquisition of a 100% equity interest in Italy-based Sara Electronic Instruments S.r.l. (“Sara”).

Sara Electronic Instruments S.r.l., headquartered in Perugia, Italy, is a leading manufacturer of instruments and software for seismic measurement and applied geophysics, with a product line spanning seismographs, accelerographs, sensors and professional monitoring software. Sara’s solutions have been adopted by public- and private-sector customers and users worldwide, including Italy’s National Institute of Geophysics and Volcanology (INGV), the National Research Council (CNR), and energy companies ENI, Total and Enel Green Power, among others. Sara has supplied more than 300 stations for a strong-motion seismic network in Turkey, contributed to the pilot Earthquake Early Warning System project on the Rome–Naples high-speed railway line, and supported the dynamic monitoring of the Duomo di Milano — landmark projects reflecting Sara’s deep technical expertise and international reputation in seismic and geophysical monitoring.

Sanlien stated that the acquisition will strengthen its control over core technologies and enhance supply-chain stability. By integrating the two companies’ research and development capabilities, product portfolios and market resources, Sanlien expects to improve its overall competitiveness and further expand its presence in global markets.
